Karkat blinked at this,and muttered to the other,"I'm trying to make as painless as possible john,Would you like me to distract you?"He started to thrust the finger in and out of the other as gently as possible.

John nodded as he kept his eyes closed shut.
He moved around a bit, trying to make the pain cease, he tried relaxing too. He let out heavy breaths as one of his hands clutched the bedsheet.

John gasped and bit his lip hard enough to draw blood.
That was way bigger then fingers. He tried hard not to scream out and cry. He squeezed his eyes shut completely and waited for the pain to go away.
