"I... Uhm..." John started, before looking down.
He was scared. Probably beyond scared. Still unsure of how this would go.
The boy had kept his head down, hiding his face from the troll.
"I... love you..." John muttered softly, unsure if Karkat even heard him from how soft his voice was.

Karkat's heart almost stopped,and he looked away from the other,blushing.His eyes stared at the ground for a moment,"I love you too"He murmured,almost not being able to be heard.

John quickly looked up. He gazed over towards the troll, his words processing through his mind before he even realized what he had said.
"You.. Y-You do?" He asked.

Karkat nodded,Stepping closer to the boy and kissing him gently on the lips.He was still shocked about this,he and john had admitted they loved each other.

John stayed still for a moment, until he finally realized what was happening.
He relaxed and kissed the troll back. He wasn't sure if he was dreaming or not, because he didn't even expect things to happen like this.
