Karkat had been texting his friend,ironically through out the movie.His yellow eyes focused on his pda,Two months had passed since the day their kids had been born,and surprisingly they grew up fast,Now acting and looking like they were age 5,He muttered to john"You know we could take the kids to meet my lusus?"He had told john was a lusus was months ago.
Ash just watched his father,and his mother,confused for a moment before turning back to the movie.

"Hm?" John asked turning his head away from the movie to look at Karkat.
He smiled softly and nodded, knowing it would be kind of cool and new for him and the kids.
"Yeah, that sounds nice." He said softly.

Casey turned her head around and looked at her parents from where she was sitting. She tilted her head curiously.
"Whats a lusus?" She asked, now getting on her knees and putting one of her tiny hands on Johns knee.

Ash nodded,and asked,"Yeah,Daddy,what's a lusus?"
Karkat smirked,and said"You'll see~"The boy soon turned off his pda,and glanced back at the movie,"I guess we'll go after the movie ends."

John tilted his head.
"The movies ends like... in 2 minutes." He said, looking back towards the movie.
Casey pouted and climbed up on the couch, she stood in the space next to John and Karkat and poked her fathers nose.
"Where are we going, Daddy?" She asked.

Karkat debated how to describe it before quickly answering,"my home-town."he ruffled casey's hair as ash climbed up the couch,sat by john,and snuggled into his mother.Karkat wondered if his hive was okay,and not destroyed like it had been last time.Though he was pretty sure,it'd be fine since crabdad was there.

John sighed and placed his son on his lap, holding him close as he looked at Karkat.
"And you don't think anyone would really... be looking at us strange?" He asked, curiously.
Casey crossed her arms stubbornly after fixing her black hair and pouted cutely, she stared at Karkat before turning towards her Mother, giving her a curious look.

Karkat raised an eyebrow,"They look at seadwellers strange,and that's about it,People tend to stay in their houses"He then smirked and said,"Why? are you scared,john?"
Ash just watched his parents' conversation,before saying to his sister"This is fucking confusing"

John narrowed his eyes towards Karkat and gave him a look.
"Of course not." He said, setting Ash on the ground and standing up "I shouldn't be scared of anything. I'm just saying it would look kind of weird, you know?"
He then shook his head, noticing his sons sudden use of words.


Casey giggled and looked over towards her brother.
"Everything is confusing." She said, hopping down.

Karkat got up from where he was sitting,and quickly typed something into his pda.A few seconds later,they were teleported into alternia aka. the area known as hive bent.
The sky was dark at the moment,but it was clear that this was certainty a different place than earth,It seemed the citizens were nocturnal and Karkat glanced around,on guard for any of the other trolls but quickly pounced on by a blur of green and a blue,A squeal was heard"KARKITTY!!!!"
Ash just blinked at this as he watched as his dad get glomped by a strange woman.

John gasped as he watched Karkat get glomped by the strange girl.
He then laughed and smiled softly, that nickname, he was never tired of hearing it.

Casey blinked and stared up curiously at the girl, then giggled at the name she had used.
"Karkitty?" She asked, turning back towards John. "Is Daddy a cat, Mommy?"

"Nepeta,what the f*ck?!"Karkat exclaimed as Nepeta got off of him,and quickly helped him up.Karkat quickly questioned,his eyes narrowed at the cat troll,"if you're here then that bastard-"Nepeta cut him off in mid sentence,"yes equius is around here somewhere"She then noticed casey,"No,Your daddy's more like a crab then a cat" Nepeta exclaimed happily.
Ash let out a laugh and asked,happily"So daddy's a kribby krabby?"He examined nepeta for a moment.

John covered his mouth and tried to hold back a laugh at his sons words.

Caseys eyes darted from her mom to her dad and finally at Nepeta.
"Daddys a crab?" She asked "So thats why he's always so pissy? Because hes crabby?"

At that point, John couldn't hold back his laughter any longer, he laughed out loud, tearing up and hunching over to try and catch his breath.

Karkat facepalmed,"see what you're teaching them nepeta?"Nepeta stuck out her tongue and the cat troll asked,"Would you rather it be vriska instead of me?" Karkat shook his head,"Anyone but the spider....B*tch"He shifted his eyes.

Ash turned to his mother and exclaimed,"Mommy!I want to meet the spider b*tch!"

John calmed down and looked at Karkat.
"You're teaching them quite a lot too, so you shouldn't be talking... Karkitty."
John giggled a bit as he reached down and picked up his son.
"Ash, we aren't going to meet the 'spider b*tch'" He said softly "Something might go wrong."

Casey walked right up to Nepeta and poked her leg, looking up at her with a cute smile.
"You're pretty!" She said, sweetly.

Karkat just frowned at john,and stiffened a bit slightly.

Ash pouted but said,"Okay mommy~"

Nepeta gave casey a bright smile,"Thank you!and You're pretty adorable~You have your mom's pretty eyes~"Nepeta then heard a shout,"gah...that's Equius "Karkat glanced over at nepeta,and said"Tell him to f*ck off and to stop getting off on our conversations"

John walked over towards Karkat, looking around a bit.

Casey started to look around too, not sure as to who or what they were talking about. She walked over towards her dad and tugged at his pantleg.
"Daddy, what does 'getting off' mean?" She asked, obviously confused.

Karkat blinked at this and said,"em.......Uh......it means throwing a bucket at someone!"Nepeta let out a giggle at this,while ash just stared and wondered what a bucket could possible do.

John slapped his hand over his forehead and sighed.

Casey furrowed her brow as she blinked up at Karkat.
"A bucket...?" She asked.

John then smirked and patted his daughters head.
"Which means you should throw a bucket at your fathers head constantly, okay?" He said.

Karkat just let out a low growl,and said"you're almost as bad as nepeta,i swear,john."He facepalmed,and Nepeta patted karkat's head,"A sane karkitty is a boring karkitty."She said in a singsong voice.
Ash murmured to his mother,"So i can throw buckets at daddy and not get in trouble for it?"

John laughed.
"I agree with Nepeta."
He then nodded towards his son.
"Yes, throw as many buckets as you can at him." He said, hugging his son.

Casey then looked around and started to wander off.

Karkat just frowned and watched his daughter,making sue she didn't wander off to far.
Nepeta grinned"You should have seen him bash away at his keyboard when he had his very first conversation with you john,He actually started yelling at his computer."Karkat muttered"I did not"
Ash smiled and snuggled into his mom,keeping a eye on his sister.

John let out a small laugh.
"Is that so? Glad to know I make you that angry, Karkat." He teased, nudging Karkat with his elbow.

Casey noticed a door in the distance and quickly rush towards it. She reached up and twisted the doorknob, opening and letting out a scream as buckets started to fall towards her.

Karkat said,"It was a combination of no sleep,tiredness and other fucking-"He was cut off by casey,screaming and he quickly glanced in her direction,"...Nepeta.KILL FUCKING ERIDAN FOR ME!"He said running over to his daughter and getting her out of the way of the bucket avalanche.

John jumped as he looked over towards where Karkat had run off to.
"Well shit!" he said, setting Ash down quickly and stepping a bit closer "Is she okay?"

Casey quickly clung to her father, her body trembled as she kept her eyes closed.
"D-Daddy..." She said, scared "Th-thats really s-scary!"

Karkat hugged his daughter and said to john,"she's fine.Traumatized but fine."He then said to casey,"It's going to be fine,sweetie.That won't happen again."Ash just stared at the buckets and Nepeta did too.Nepeta then walked off,brandishing her claws and Ash followed her happily.
